We are seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor for our Healthcare facility located in Williamsport, PA. This position directs 20 employees by meeting production requirements via standards. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal, communication, motivational skills, computer literate, able to follow and maintain company policies and procedures, able to make decisions under pressure, be safety-oriented, ability to multi-task and stay highly organized and have strong problem solving skills. Two year degree and prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.  This position will train on 1st shift for several weeks, then move permanently to 3rd shift. $35K to start with possible increase after 90 day probationary period.
